Terms of Service

SUBSCRIPTIONS, RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION

Essential, Professional, and Private Client are recurring monthly subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged at the price presented and accepted at checkout and automatically renew each monthly billing period until canceled.

Subscribers may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period and access remains available through that date.

Payments are not prorated or refunded following cancellation except where required by applicable law.

Each plan includes a set number of assessments per monthly billing period. At each renewal the included allowance resets to the plan amount. Unused included assessments do not roll over to a future billing period.

EMPLOYER AND ORGANIZATIONAL SPONSORSHIP

An employer, organization, professional, family member, or other person may purchase or sponsor access to No Regrets Move™ for another individual.

Sponsorship or payment does not provide the sponsor with access to the recipient's assessment responses, NRM Index score, reports, commute information, financial information, household information, or other assessment content.

The sponsor may receive limited administrative information necessary to administer the sponsored service, such as invitation status, claim status, subscription status, and payment status.

The recipient remains the owner of the assessment content and may independently choose whether to share a report or other assessment information with another person or organization.

EMPLOYMENT USE NOTICE

No Regrets Move™ assessments are intended to support an individual's relocation decision-making.

NRM assessment responses, scores, reports, commute results, financial information, household information, and other assessment content are not designed or intended to be used by an employer to make employment decisions, including decisions concerning:

• hiring;
• termination;
• promotion;
• demotion;
• compensation;
• job assignment;
• transfer;
• discipline;
• benefits;
• continued employment; or
• eligibility for employer-sponsored relocation benefits.

An employer's payment for or sponsorship of NRM access does not authorize the employer to access or use the recipient's private assessment content for such decisions.

An employer may decide independently who is eligible to receive NRM as an employee relocation benefit. That eligibility decision must be made using the employer's own lawful criteria and must not be based on information learned from the employee's NRM assessment, including NRM score, Recommended Stance, affordability results, commute results, household, family, or disability/accessibility information, or assessment conclusions.

SPONSORED ACCESS

When one person or organization purchases or sponsors No Regrets Move™ access for another individual, the payer may receive limited administrative information necessary to administer the sponsored service.

Payment does not provide the sponsor with access to the recipient's assessment responses, scores, reports, commute information, financial information, household information, or other assessment content.

Assessment information is not automatically disclosed to an employer, organization, professional, family member, or other sponsor.

Disclosures

Real-Estate Referrals and Compensation

No Regrets Move™ provides decision-support tools and optional workflow support for referrals between licensed real estate professionals, subject to availability. NRM vets and may recommend real estate agents based on the client’s destination and stated needs.

Optional agent introductions are between participating real estate professionals. Any referral compensation is handled under a separate arrangement between the participating brokerages, subject to applicable law and brokerage policies. NRM does not charge consumers an agent-referral fee. Consumers remain free to choose any real estate professional.

Referral compensation will not be paid directly to an individual or entity that is not legally entitled to receive it.

The identity of the brokerage or other legally authorized recipient of any referral compensation must be determined by the licensing and brokerage structure applicable to the transaction.

No Regrets Move™ does not condition access to its assessment products on the use of a referred agent, brokerage, lender, title company, or other service provider.

No Regrets Move™ does not accept compensation for referrals to mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, title or escrow companies, appraisers, or other settlement-service providers in connection with a federally related mortgage loan.
