Clients remain free to choose any agent, and any referral compensation is handled through the appropriate licensed real-estate brokerage channel where permitted by law.

Optional agent introductions are between participating real estate professionals. Any referral compensation is handled under a separate arrangement between the participating brokerages, subject to applicable law and brokerage policies. NRM does not charge consumers an agent-referral fee. Consumers remain free to choose any real estate professional.
